how can we help?

create your venue. after signup, olldae walks you through venue setup — name, timezone, currency, and your first user roles. the whole thing takes under 5 minutes.

add your inventory. start with your top 20 items. set par levels and olldae starts alerting you when stock runs low. you can import from a spreadsheet or add items one by one.

invite your team. go to settings → team and send invites by email. staff get limited access; managers get reporting; owners get everything. roles are enforced at every level.

your plan. olldae has three tiers: starter ($49/mo), operator ($99/mo), and multi-site ($179/mo). your 14-day free trial includes everything — no card required until the trial ends.

changing or canceling. go to settings → billing to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

catering add-on. the catering module is $49/mo on top of any plan. you can add or remove it from settings → billing at any time.

creating a job. tap the + button from anywhere in the app and select "catering job." fill in the client, event date, guest count, and service style. olldae generates a quote you can send instantly.

payments. olldae takes zero platform fees. clients pay deposits and balances online via Stripe — standard card processing (2.9% + 30¢) applies, nothing on top.

staff assignment. assign team members to a catering job directly from the job detail screen. they'll see it in their schedule view.

par alerts. set a par level for any item and olldae shows a red alert card on your dashboard when you're below it. no setup required beyond the par value.

supplier pricing. link items to suppliers and log the price you paid. when supplier costs change, recipe costs recalculate automatically.

count sessions. run an inventory count from the inventory module. olldae tracks variance between expected and actual counts so you can spot shrinkage early.
