two-layer costing (theoretical vs actual purchase cost), full event management with client details, quote to invoice workflow with online payments — clients pay deposits and invoices directly from the email with zero olldae fees (just standard card processing). role-specific staff briefs for kitchen and bar teams, event reminders (7-day, 3-day, day-before), event calendar, guest count scaling, automatic deposit tracking and receipt emails, purchase lists by supplier, non-food cost lines (rentals, staffing, fees), and print/export. any team member can capture a catering lead from their phone — no manager required.

what about annual billing?

what happens to my data if i cancel?

it's yours. export everything before you go — inventory, recipes, cost history, all of it. we hold your data for 30 days after cancellation so you have time. no lock-in, no hostage data.
